i was tagged by lisa, yet again. yeah. honestly, i don’t know why you always tag me with girly stuff, since you know i’m not really into girly stuff. but i’m bored, so… pare, babae rin pala ako!
What are your favorite beauty secrets?
My Foundation:
i don’t wear it. just because. i hate goopy/thick stuff.
My Mascara:
ooh! i love maxfactor couture stuff, but i ran out of it. then my mom gave me avon superfull last month, and i also fell in love with it. too bad maybelline phased-out lash discovery, because that’s my favorite, and i ran out of it when i used it in my sister act run.
My Blush:
again, don’t wear it.
My Eye Shadow:
they’re all too shimmery, so they’re saved for special occasions. by the way, i only use eye and lip stuff for “pretty-ing up” my face. i have acne, so… yeah.
My Day Cream:
neutrogena moisturizer SPF 15.
My Lipstick:
i don’t wear them. lipgloss would be it. but i like those nars lip pencils that my aunt has, so there.
My Beauty Product Brand:
oh my gosh, if i had all the money in the world, i would travel, buy a house and car, invest, and buy all the stuff from NARS! everything from them is amaaaaazing. they’re better than MAC (i find MAC good for eye/pigment stuff) i only have one of there lipglosses (given as a gift), and the makeup artist i went to for 4thyr prom used a lot of that… ack! love!!! and also, SMASHBOX!!! WAAAH!!! why can’t anything good come in cheap/low prices?? argh!
My Essential Beauty Product:
anything that’s related to cleansing stuff. cleansers, washes… that kind of stuff.
My Favorite Makeup Product:
mascara. any eye makeup, but mostly mascara. because that’s the only part of my face (aside from my lips) that i can actually touch.
My Perfume:
too heavy. i love body splashes/colognes though. my favorite right now is any baby scent. j&j stuff.
My Nails:
i’m a very cheap person. i use careline nail polishes, some from the face shop. but i usually just keep my nails bare. ugh, i hate the smell!
My Feet:
is it only me, or is there anyone else who find “feet” stuff (other than feet deodorant) to be ridiculous? is it not enough that we punch our faces everyday with paraben-containing makeup?
My Hands:
again. although, i use body lotion, does that apply?
Three Products To Bring On A Deserted Island:
1. lots and lots of sunblock.
2. soap. any cleansing stuff.
3. sunblock.
(why would i wear makeup? the island is freakin’ deserted, dammit!!!)

My Ultimate Dream (but I do not believe in selling my soul to the devil for it):
1. graduate. learn more stuff. anything that’s in a scholarly level, i would want that. i love learning. if i grew tired of finance/business stuff, i think i would probably go to teaching. hmmm.
2. travel around the world.
3. cars and guitars. and gadgets. (heh, am i a guy or what?)
4. learn to sing in my lower register more comfortably (i love people with really low singing voices. for me, it’s more admirable than singing high.)
5. have a family and be happy with life.
How Do I Define Womanhood:
read anything by maya angelou. i pretty much agree with anything she says anyway.
but, for me, womanhood is about being different from the guys (way to state the obvious, amae…). we’re more feminine, more emotional, more attached to things, more appreciative, more meticulous, more persevering, more everything… i like that.
My Favorite Fashion Publication:
don’t read that stuff.

i’m still in a david cook high. i don’t know. i’ve been watching his old performances in AI, some behind the scenes stuff… ooh, michael johns is such a goober/goofer! he and david c are so funny!! search them in youtube, you’ll be laughing your asses off too. (“this is more fun than watching paint dry” hwahahahaha!!!)
the doctor took off my leg cast last friday, and my foot/ankle is going pretty good, although i noticed some bruises that just won’t go away… i think they developed over the last 2 weeks when i had the cast on, but there’s A LOT! hopefully they’ll disappear by the next day or so.
i’ve been organizing my files in my harddisk, and i came upon anna nalick, and that (re)started my loop-playing of her album, wreck of the day… so, what happened to her? any news? ’cause i really like her music. my fave tracks in wreck are citadel and catalyst…
hmmm. bored. can’t wait to go to school tomorrow and do stuff (yey!). maybe i could go mall-ing too, after the meeting… hmmm.
